These SMS Terms of Service govern your participation in the Safe Route Ready text messaging program. By affirmatively checking an SMS consent box on our subscribe page and submitting your phone number, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Program Description
Safe Route Ready operates two SMS message categories: account notifications, which deliver requested informative content and transactional updates, and marketing, which announces new informative guides, checklists, and cheatsheets. Each category requires its own affirmative, unchecked-by-default consent. You may opt in to either, both, or neither.
No Insurance Solicitation
Safe Route Ready is not an insurance company, agent, broker, marketplace, or lead aggregator. We do not use SMS to quote, bind, broker, or solicit insurance, and we do not connect subscribers to insurance agents or carriers. Messages are limited to delivery of informative content you have explicitly requested.
Message Frequency and Costs
Message frequency varies by category and your activity. Marketing recipients receive up to six messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out and Help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send the opt-out keyword, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Consent is Never Required
SMS consent is not a condition of receiving any free guide, checklist, or cheatsheet, or of accessing any content on saferouteready.com. The phone number field on our subscribe form is optional.
Privacy and Data Sharing
Your phone number and consent records will never be sold, shared, rented, leased, or transferred to insurance carriers, insurance agents, insurance brokers, lead aggregators, comparison platforms, or third-party marketers under any circumstances. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported Carriers
Our messages are supported by major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may modify these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to current subscribers before taking effect.
